Horrible experience and certainly not the first time but definitely the last.
They are incredibly unorganized and you have a 50/50 chance of getting a good massage unless you know a name of a therapist. High turnover and no one seems to like the owner very much.
I scheduled 2 massages at the same time with 2 specific therapists. I called and confirmed not only the appt. but our therapist and Massage Haven called and texted me to confirm. All 3 times everything was clear. Showed up for my special gift for my mother and the manager had changed our therapists, gave us 2 men and one who was brand new. INCREDIABLE! No one really seemed to stand up and take much blame even a staff was rude to me yet I did everything I could think of to make sure they didn't mix it all up again.
The managers follow up and "apology" was just a shame, took several days to get back yo me (I had to initiate) and the compensation for their mix up was a real disappointment and insult. She said it was the owners decision.
They may be busy now but I promise with all the other massage places around if they continue this type of "customer service" it's only a matter of time.
I'm now buying another massage package but this time, I'm finally trying somewhere else.
I'd take your hard earned money and go somewhere else.
