Moved to Yonge and Bloor, this location is staffed by people who do not care about the customer, nor their job. Had to walk around a group of them staring out the window looking at a street getting drilled, needed help, had to ask twice before they stopped talking amongst themselves. The manager was just about to invoke a price match guarantee policy for me (THE MANAGER) when the cashier who did not know how to do it pointed out that she thought that a Sodastream machine counted as an "appliance" and they do not give the additional 10% for an appliances. Ok, but in future, Manager Who Didn't Know The Policy, you need to tell me that the item does not apply instead of just giving me the total due, AND you need to also not make a remark after I asked about it like "saved you the trip". Do you know where I live? Hmmm? I made a special trip to get the stupid discount, stupid me!
