  • Rhyolite is just outside of Beatty, between Beatty and Death Valley. Some buildings, mostly just foundations and crumbling walls. A couple reworked buildings. A nearby museum, (which I missed). At least one of the buildings was moved to Beatty. There's not much here and what there is is behind ugly fences. It's worth a stop on your way in to or out of Death Valley, but don't go out of your way for it.
