I made an appointment for a full groom for my dog for Saturday morning. No problem even though he's a new client. Get a voicemail on Friday afternoon while I'm at work saying that they can't do a full groom any longer and only a bath and a trim (I can do that myself and he desperately needs a full groom). I was unable to call them back that day, so the next day (day of his appointment) I call and ask why they can't do a full groom. The whole reason I switched groomers is because this type of thing kept happening at his old groomer. The receptionist was really rude and lectured me on how groomers need to take vacations too. (Why would they book him in if the groomer was going on vacation?). Then she started to lecture me on how summer is the busiest time of year! No kidding, that's why he needs a groom, because he's extra furry! I would NEVER use this place for grooming. Worst service ever.
