They are marketing very well on social media- Girls are going there just so they can say and boast on their social media that they went there like it's a trend.
I was interested in trying their first-time client promotion of $299 half syringe filler, which I got the impression would be Juvederm. But when I went in for my first appointment- they advised it will be Revanesse. I've never heard of this product but they assured me it was better and then implied that Juvederm isn't that much of a great product it's just marketed very well.
I wasn't very comfortable proceeding with the injections as I'm not familiar with Revanesse, but I went ahead since I'm already here.
First off- after the procedure my lips were ridiculously bruised up. I understand bruising is expected right after- but I've had Juvederm before with another clinic and I did NOT bruise that bad. I literally had blue marks all over my lips and it lasted a good 3-4 days to completely go away. Also- Revanesse is NOT better than Juvederm, they made it seem as though half a syringe of Revanesse would produce better results than half syringe Juvederm. I can assure you it did not. Once the swelling subsided my lips looked the same as pre- injection.
2 weeks later I went to my usual clinic, paid $100 LESS- and got another half syringe of Juvederm to achieve the results I wanted and left without any bruising.
So my suggestion to these guys - Just be upfront and honest about the product that you are using. Revanesse is not FDA approved and I think clients should know this before proceeding.
My suggestion to everyone else- don't fall for the facebook/instagram hype these local "models" are putting up about this clinic. They do have a nice staff, but it is over-priced and not any special than any other cosmetic clinic you can go to.
