  • If you like Cajun food you'll love the spicy salty food they have there The staff was attentive, the menu prices moderate and the food choices plentiful for a small restaurant decorated with a variety of New Orleans and Cajun glitz We ordered the beer battered mushrooms which were very delicious and not greasy with a tasty horseradish sauce on the side I ordered the blackened salmon with two sides. My sides were a cucumber salad, fresh sliced cucumbers in a vinegar, hot sauce marinade with red onions which I personally did not care for The smothered cabbage with cheese was my other side, good but the cheese made it to salty in my opinion. The salmon was tender and delicious with the same sauce the mushrooms came with. My hubby's creole chicken was hot and spicy which he enjoyed. His one side he chose was sautéed vegetables, a tender squash medley which to my surprise was very bland so I traded sides.! Soup on the menu but not served in the summer The restaurant offered a nice variety of sweet desserts and beverages. There is always a catch of the day, market price. I'd go back again to try something else
