What a lovely little pub! It was a rainy, dreary day in Toronto, and I really wanted to find a cozy spot to enjoy my lunch. Enter Town Crier. I had a pint and a salad. (The sandwiches and entrees looked great, like really good pub fare, but I had been eating so many carbs lately, my body really just craved a salad.) So a salad I had- a hearty one with chicken, ham, some really tasty cheese, and fabulous greens tossed in a vinaigrette made from one of the many beers they offer here.
I sat at the bar, had great service, and really enjoyed my time here. Friendly staff. Great service. Good lunch.
