  • We ordered our custom headboard from Reinvented Charlotte in September during their Labor Day sale and ended up getting it for 25% off. We got to pick the style and fabric, which ended up having to be custom ordered. The designer we worked with was very helpful and assisted us with design ideas. She was great. It took about 8-10 weeks for it to be customized and built. Once we got it we loved it! The headboard was sturdy and the upholstery was built nicely. We loved the tufting and nail head design. Every time we have people over they compliment our headboard. Definitely worth the investment. The only thing that I wasn't happy about was that we had to call to check in on the status of our headboard. We called 9 weeks in to see when we could expect it because we were traveling out of the country. They said they forgot to order the fabric, which was very frustrating. Three weeks later they had our headboard completed. I wonder if my husband didn't call if we would of ever got it.... my husband said to not worry or complain about it LOL! At least we have it now :-)
