  • Overall very good. Was given VW Passat as full size which was nice surprise. Front desk and attendants friendly and helpful. Only complaint missed damage on vehicle that I had to point out. ( not sure if I would have been charged for if I wasn't vigilant about checking and vehicle) only had 3/4 tank fuel and contract said it was full. I returned full just to avoid any hassle. I would recommend but check car and fuel.
