  • I'm definitely giving a little leeway for the fact that this place is in an airport so the bar is set low but honestly I've always been happy with my meal here. I fly through CLT more than any other airport and very often the last thing I want before a long flight is something heavy and greasy that might upset my stomach. No way am I eating a fast food burger and getting on a plane for six hours. The sushi bar is centrally located in the atrium in the middle of the airport with most of the other food. I usually grab a seat at the bar, listen to whoever is playing the piano and enjoy a sushi roll with some miso soup for lunch. It's just the right amount of food and they hand make the rolls to order. I've never done the grab and go because they're usually pretty quick when made fresh to order.
