We were at the ice arena in Middleton last night and wanted to eat Italian nearby, so we tried Villa Dolce. The desserts are in a case across from the hostess stand when you enter and they look amazing. There is both inside and outside seating. Several small rooms inside. The hostess greeted us and found us a table inside. Our waitress was friendly.
The menu consists of appetizers, pasta entrees, pizzas, salads, and calzones. Our group had the Shrimp and Scallops; Wild Mushroom Ravioli, Godfather Calzone, Milano Pizza, and calamari. The pasta dishes were perfectly prepared. Calamari and Calzone were both delicious. The crust on the outside of the pizza was crispy but it was flacid and oily in the middle. Our main complaint was that the prices seemed steep for the amount of food. It was tasty, but you can get tasty food at better prices elsewhere.
Although I would not make a special trip to just to get to Villa Dolce, it's fine if you are in the area.
