I called in to make a Service appointment and was greeted over the phone with a kind voice not a computer. She quickly transferred me to service where another kind voice setup my appointment quickly. Wish I could have told you their names. I brought my Prius in for the appointment with Braxton and met with him. He was quick and efficient, the writeup process was fast and I was on my way. Shortly after I was called back by Braxton and given a detailed information why they needed my car overnight. I have worked in the automotive sales industry as a Desk Manager for over 16 years and I have to say they have their service drive spot on. The procedures they have in place are amazing with less frustration to the customer, hats off to the service manager and general manager. Inside you will find a cafe, a large waiting area with ample seating, a kids play area, and business center. Go here for all your Toyota needs.
