  • Checked in online with their 30 minutes guarantee and still had to wait for 2 hours before being seen. When I arrived at the location there were only 3 people in the waiting room which made it seem like the wait would not have been so long but that was not the case. Also had to fill out forms again at the location. Once in the examining room it took another hour to be examined and get prescriptions.
