  • I have used Pure Plumbing more times than I care to dwell on (between exploding toilets on Christmas eve, leaks ranging from minor to massive, and my damn kitchen sink) and each time they have done a stellar job so I figured it was about time I leave them a review! First off, Kayla who handles the incoming calls is always so friendly and accommodating. It is a pleasure to speak with her, especially when I am under the stress of another plumbing issue. They always make it a point to come as quickly as possible. My regular technician was Matt and he was so wonderful. I was really disappointed when I called for my latest plumbing problem to find that he was no longer with Pure Plumbing. They sent me their new technician, Jason Miller, instead. I shouldn't have been worried because Jason was so fantastic! He was so patient with all my questions, explained and showed me everything he was doing and was just so nice. I showed him the leak in my master bath which is what I called about and he asked if I had any other issues I wanted checked out since I had him there. I had him look at all our other sinks and he found a leak under my kitchen sink that was already causing water damage! I probably would have never known until the damage was so massive that it would then cost me thousands. Jason was able to catch the problem before it got too severe. He even checked my water heater for me and flushed it out. Long story short, I now have a new drip free kitchen faucet and am typing this without hearing the incessant dripping from my shower. Thank you, Jason and Pure Plumbing! They are honest, reliable, do fantastic work and they don't charge crazy amounts! I have already recommended them and my mom used them just last week for a plumbing problem she was having. She raved about them to me! They even went beyond and helped her deal with her home insurance company that was giving her a hard time and got her some money back. Pure Plumbing is definitely one of the best plumbing companies in Nevada!
