  • My experience was underwhelming. Took my smart car in for the first oil change, ray told me it would be $254.00. That's a bit pricy to change the oil, Cardin air filter, rotate the tires and a few other minor things. I was also having a problem with the Bluetooth. Long story short they kept my car for 11 days and made me pay $20.00 for my loaner car. When I when I went to get my car they charged me $12.34 for shop supplies that's on top of the $254.00 service and the $20.00 loaner. Then they pull my car around unwashed, when I dropped it off they asked if they could wash it I said yes. So I was surprised to see it wasn't washed. Not only was it not washed they had wrote on the windshield. And they didn't even offer to remove it I had to. For people that think Mercedes is high class let me tell you I got better treatment with big two Toyota. Can't wait to trade in and get back into a Toyota
