  • The best dealership I have ever dealt with. I certainly can understand why they have received such excellent reviews. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Lexus IS250 with about 18,000 miles - on January 3, 2017. I first spoke with Gene Penna on the phone, he is very nice and very helpful. (I was also pleasantly surprised how incredibly objective he was.) He is very informative. And very easygoing. I felt zero pressure whatsoever. Gene put me in touch with salesman Robert James - who is also fantastic. He is extremely down to earth and thorough. He made everything easy and smooth...not usually the case when buying a car. Again, I felt zero pressure. He was extremely patient. He went above and beyond in making sure I was comfortable. For financing, I worked with Daniel Ruiz (Robert's boss). He was great! Also very friendly and personable. I had applied online before I went into the dealership and was given an excellent APR. Everything was smooth and easy. There were no gimmicks. No problems whatsoever when I arrived at the dealership. They are welcoming, friendly, down to earth. They know they have an excellent product and there is no need to pressure or play games. No attitudes that makes you want to run, like other dealerships. At one point during the process, I saw a woman that had entered the dealership with her husband at the same time I had. She said that they make everything so easy, and that they had been buying cars from Lexus of Chandler for 20 years because of their excellent customer service. I get the customer loyalty for sure. A few days prior to this experience at LEXUS OF CHANDLER, I had been to the BMW NORTH SCOTTSDALE dealership. I was approved online for an excellent APR with BMW as well. When I arrived I was introduced to salesman, Ty. He was HORRIBLE! Rude, pushy, arrogant. I couldn't finish a question without him rolling his eyes and interrupting me with "don't worry about it." Don't worry about it? Are you insane? It was ridiculous. I was ready to make a deal. But he was so awful I couldn't do it. I walked out and felt such a relief to get out of there. Gross! I have an older BMW and take it to their service dept - THEY are great. Logan Carter is the best service manager. He clearly prioritizes customer service. Service Advisor, AJ Byrne, is also fantastic. Because they are so great in service, I considered buying from this dealership. But my experience with that salesman was the absolute worst I have ever had. If you want excellent customer service and an excellent car - Lexus is the way to go. I hope this helps anyone considering a purchase!
