  • For a business that sells $$$$ of merchandise, they sure don't value their customers. Several times I have gone and spent good money each time and never have I ever had anyone ask to assist. This past experience was like all the others. We were greeted by the man at the door and that's about it. We wandered around looking for what we came there for. I saw there was a cluster of at least 8 associates all gathered up front chit chatting. Not one person came over as we continued to search for what we went there for. When we couldn't find it, we asked the cashier if there was any out we couldn't see or maybe in the back. And he just said what's out is out. Um ok. Didn't even offer to look it up at another location? Nothing. So we decided we would just go to Home Depot since I knew it was there. we paid for our stuff and left.
