  • Bad experience working with this company for our new home. Similar to the review that is hidden...service dept doesn't give good service. Poor quality of work in numerous areas of our home and Truman doesn't want to fix issues. We've had items pushed well past the 1 year mark after emails from Truman state they will repair certain things months later they say they won't. Items they have fixed that are clearly covered warranty issues they will insist they don't really have to do them and drag their feet to get them done.
