| - The Experience:
Stopped in for the first time around 12:30pm on a Monday. It's a small coffee bar in the lobby of a building with multiple businesses (e.g hair salon, etc.). There were only 2 other customers who were already enjoying drinks, so I had immediate service. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I ordered a Kyoto Blossom and a Honey Lavender Latte. I also tasted the Nitro Cold Brew. I would definitely go back for the Kyoto Blossom, and to try more of their sparkling tea concoctions.
My Orders:
Kyoto Blossom - A sparkling white tea that was light and refreshing. If you like unsweetened teas, then you'll enjoy this drink that is topped off with a bit of lavender.
Honey Lavender Latte - This wasn't my favourite coffee, but it was different due to the taste of lavender. I'm glad I was able to try it and cross it off my Yelp list, but I'd prefer to try another cafe or grab a Pumpkin Spice Latte at Starbucks next time. This is because it wasn't robust enough for my liking, nor memorable a flavour. If you're obsessed with lavender, you may disagree.
Nitro Cold Brew - I had a sample of the nitro cold brew since it's the base of their "Havana Nights" drink, that was suggested to me for its presentation. I'm sure many would enjoy it, but it's not my ideal cup of coffee. Again, I prefer stronger flavours and tend to order drinks w/multiple espresso shots. Also, I didn't love the level of acidity.
