  • I'd like to give them negative 5 stars! Went in on my break to get a quick polish change using shellac. When they put my hands in the uv light machine to cure it 2 ROACHES CRAWLED OUT and they looked at my as though I was crazy. I tried to remain calm as I was creeped out, but didn't want to make a scene. They just hit them away and said they'd never seen that before. Then when I looked down at the floor to try and focus on something else & there was a baby roach just a strolling on by. I lost it! I told them to stop what they were doing and I was done! I told all of the ladies that were currently being serviced about what I'd seen and they acted nonchalantly as though they were used to it. Told me a lot about the caliber of people that frequently this place. I wouldn't recommend this flithy place to a dog.
