  • My grandma had to come in here for a CT Scan today, and we exited this place with nothing but smiles. We arrived at 8:15am and was told the complete procedure will take 2 hours, and we'll be out by 10:15am. The nurses were very accommodating of the fact my grandma does not speak English, and talked to me instead of everything my grandma had to do to prepare for her CT Scan. They even offered to modify the CT Scan machine so it gives instructions in Cantonese instead of English, which was certainly welcoming for my grandma as I wasn't allowed into the room during the operation. At the end, the procedure was completed at exactly 10:15am. Bonus points for perfect timing, and at the end it actually didn't seem that long of a wait. My only complaint was that the heat was on way too high for me when I was waiting, and I didn't want to take my jacket off as I didn't want to take a chair (it was a full lobby of patients waiting at that time).
