  • The set-up configuration sucks. It's not enjoyable to have your already anxious dog sit in an open room with every cat, dog, tom, dick and harry panting, barking and meowing for the usual 90 minutes that you wait to be seen. I'm not sure who thought this set-up was a good idea because it's not. The vets are decent but the receptionists are usually crabby and act like they have no idea why you're standing at the desk with a sick pet. Overall this place is below the mediocre level and I would only take my pets here as a last resort from now on.
