I've had reservations to Travel Lodge since February for the Cleveland marathon. Upon arrival to check in, we were told that the air conditioner was not working and that they were trying to fix it. The lobby was disgusting and totally dirty. We waited and waited, and about half an hour later they decided that the air was irreparable at the time. Stay in an unconditioned room during a humid rainy weekend in Cleveland? Yeah right. They offered to put is in the Days Inn but couldn't guarantee the 2nd night that we paid for. You get what you pay for, right!?
LAME.
