  • I'll just start by saying that I'm not a big walmart fan. It is too busy, and I take issue with the overall company philosophy. Last year though I tried out their photo studio for photo gifts as they are by far the cheapest for photo books and photo collages. I was very pleased with the results. So I tried again this year and order 2 photo books online on Aug 6th. I received a confirmation email stating they would take 2-3 weeks. I realized yesterday that I hadn't heard anything so I called the store. The sales associate at the photo desk would only confirm that they weren't waiting for pick up but refused to look my order up in the computer even though I had the order number. She said she was too busy and when I asked for a manager she said there was no one in and hung up on me. She also told me that I should just come into the store and redo them! For anyone who has ever made a photo book you know how long these things take to make. I called back and spoke with the store manager who said she would look into it and call me back. So far no call back. I wasn't expecting much in the way of customer service but this was terrible. In the future I'll be taking my business elsewhere! Maybe target!
