Absolutely awful customer service. Arrogant, rude and incredibly insensitive. I have been a customer since they began in the late 90's and when I called today I couldn't believe how rude the person and then the manager were.
They are also lacking current technology. My other bank sends me email alerts for debit card withdrawals and when my account falls below a specific balance. The supervisor told me this was impossible.
Don't expect anything but a place to hold your money, especially with their new $200 rule for new members. As an original member I am deeply disappointed.
