  • This is by far the worst property management company I have ever encountered. They do not follow the Arizona Landlord and Tenant Act and refuse to give me double the amount of my security deposit that is owed to me BY LAW, due to them not mailing the original amount to me 1st class within 14 business days of when I turned in the keys AS THE LAW STATES. They send my calls to voicemail every time I call corporate and refuse to do what is lawfully right. They do not give names when they answer the phone, they are completely and utterly unprofessional and a joke. Chamberlin and Associates in the epitome of a slumlord. Upper management will no longer answer or return my calls and they expect me to drive out of my way to downtown Phoenix to pick up HALF of what is owed to me. This is unacceptable and they need to take responsibility for their actions! This will not be the last that they hear from me.
