  • I always heard of bad things about Pep Boys.. decided to give them a try. Scouted for the best located via ratings.. this location was the one. Had a 4pm appointment. I got in, I was immediately thanked for my service to our great country.. I checked in and waited. My SUV was in for an oil change - I had a coupon for full synthetic. They got my Tucson in at 4:35pm.. a bit late.. I waited in the lounge.. finally at 5:35pm the manager came in.. totally apologized and stated they were aware of my 4pm appointment and that it took so long. Gave me my keys and said have a nice day. I walked outside and she pointed to my car and again said "have a nice day". They went above and beyond for me. Thanks Pep Boys for setting the record straight on your support of our Troops and making it right for my first time experience at your shop!
