  • First time here, recommended by the Animal Foundation where I adopted my dog . Small vet hospital divided by dog entrance and cat entrance. I arrived on time to my appointment and was greeted by receptionist. The lobby was empty and comfortable. I filled out paperwork for my dog's visit and waited patiently. 30 mins passed my appointment and was just told "it'll be a few more minutes until vet is ready for you." Vet waiting time is usually 5-20 minutes on average, this was a bit dissapointing. Once inside: Vet tech Sandra was very professional and informative as she took obtained info about my dog's history and vaccinations. Dr. Karen was very friendly, listened to my questions and explained examination. She also apologized for earlier delay as there was an emergency. I appreciated her courtesy and respect for my time. Cost of visit: covered by the Animal Foundation and VCA Animal Hospital for adopting a dog. Overall: waiting time was a bit dissapointing but the service provided was great. The staff was very polite and informative. I have a follow up visit in a week.
