  • Aaggghhhh ur lucky I gave 2 stars.. normally I wouldn't do this but it completely screwed up my day... So it's a Monday right before lunch rush.. I'm waiting in line on Monday esspecially to avoid the Friday lines which are hours long here at this location. WRONG lol.. I waited in line for 45 minutes and their was only 3 people ahead of me! How u may ask?? I'll tell ya Monday at 11:23am, The male manager is walking around doing manager stuff being friendly and chatting it up, fine... but behind me in line are 17 other people (I counted) there are 2 managers walking around talking AT THE WINDOW, like they are old pals and holding up the line.. come on.. really?? U can't "chat" on your own time? I continue to wait, people around me are starting to comment, then the teller pulls a good one and calls a guy over that just walked in the door literally seconds ago, I don't think he even broke his stride from the door to the counter with no wait RIGHT IN FRONT of all of us! Lol GOOD MOVE! So I continue to wait and people are getting madder by the second... then the lady goes in front of me, I'm thinking cool it's my turn next finally at 11:56am, haha! WRONG! The teller calls over ANOTHER PERSON who just walked in the doors and he cut right Ifront of me at he tellers request! The teller looked at me as if to say "gotchya" like I'm playing a waiting game.. lol , that just about did it for me! I finally walked out of there at 12:10pm having a set doctors appt at 12:15pm weeks before. Who would have thought a SLOW MOVING LINE at a freakin bank would screw up people's lives, but it did! And why was there only 2 tellers actually working but 3 other workers just standing around chatting it up with a long line?? I'm no banker but I'm starting to think maybe I should be? I like chattingespecially at other people's time and expense i was late for a doctors appointment and I even planned ahead to allow extra time, thanks, next time I will allow 2 hours to stand in line. Oh here's another kicker, as I'm walking out the doors and outside who do I see chatting it up with a security guard in the parking lot?? Yup a manager from the bank! So I guess they got tellers everywhere ya look except they are not where they should be, ya know like behind a register clearing up that hour wait line.. just sayin.. Keep up the good conversations forget about the customers in line, gotta take care of those CORPORATE ACCOUNTS FIRST!! That's where the real money is *And if you read this from that branch of the bank, save the trouble and don't send me anything for free, don't try to contact me and say you're sorry, just clean up your act so we don't have to stand around listening to your conversations while we wait at our expense or next time will take a video and post it and save the typing.
