  • We've stayed at this hotel a few times now, typically once a year when we come to Toronto. The hotel is very nice. Staff is friendly and the beds are very comfortable which is my number one concern. We usually have very busy days so I need to make sure I'm getting the most quality sleep at night. I liked the bistro downstairscin the lobby. They offer starbucks drinks and at night it is also a little bar. The mornings were pretty busy but I felt the staff worked quickly to try to expedite the line. My latte was perfect every morning. Bar staff was fun and took very good care of us. This location is close to restaurants and etc.,bso it's convenient for us. This year we also utilized the meeting space for our executive meeting. Meeting room was very spacious and the staff was exceptional. The lunch selection was good and easy to choose. We'll definitely be back next year as long as the price is right. Check in and out was easy and hassle free, even though we had a large group.
