  • I helped my Mom with the communications (I live out of state) to get a new air conditioner. I called 3-4 companies after looking at YELP reviews. I called and spoke to Jay Troilo. He met with my Mom and gave her a competitive quote right away. He answered all our questions. Another company gave a much higher quote then later said they would match Elite's quote and throw in some stuff. That rubbed me the wrong way. I liked that Jay was straight up with his quote and no BS. Elite delivered and installed a new Trane system that blows away the old system. Saving my Mom's hundreds of dollars in energy costs. My Mom is very happy and the warranty service cannot be beat. I liked working with him on the phone as well. Sorry to see others have had bad experiences. Jay was excellent..thumbs up!!
