  • I had an appointment booked for 1030, and they say they open at 10 - but the place was closed when I arrived. I waited for half an hour and still no one showed up. I had phoned throughout the week prior to confirm my appointment but no one picks up the phone and their answering machine is full. When I had booked the appointment with them, their receptionist was quite rude and not very helpful. I wouldn't ever think of trying to come back.
