  • We went to Monarch the other night for dinner with 2 of our kids. The food was amazing and their beer is equally as good. For $2 you can try a 5oz serving of any beer you want. The owners were wonderful and our server was so helpful and kind. Very kid friendly yet classic. I would say it is the best restaurant in Monticello!
