rev:text	I asked my CPA if he knew or could recommend as Las Vegas business broker and he gave me Trent's phone number. I called him and have been very happy with the process so far. He came to meet me at my office to do a business valuation so i could get a general idea what price I could sell my business for. He taught me how to do add backs on my profit and loss and what sellers discretionary income means and why its important to the valuation process. We ended up listing the business with First Choice Las Vegas Business Brokers and I've been really happy with the process and service. Oh, and I should also mention, Trent put together like a 30 page marketing package that he has used to attract buyers and give and give them a overview of my business before setting up a conference call with me to answer additional questions. Overall, definitely a 5 star service and experience, I am saving their contact details as my main contact for selling my business.
