  • The company was able to send out someone the next day after I contacted them during the holidays. Was given a flat rate quote for my 4-room carpet cleaning request- I do know they do furniture, tile/grout, and concrete/driveways as well. Fabrizio showed up on time (with professional-grade equipment in their wrapped van), was professional and polite, and asked for a walkthrough of the areas and what we wanted focused on before he started. I appreciated that he did not try and upsell any services as many carpet cleaners do, and said that the deodorizer and shampoo were all included. When he finished up less than 1.5hrs later, he asked me to do a walkthrough of the rooms to ask if everything was satisfactory which I appreciated. I do have pets and asked him what they could do if there were lingering smells after the cleanings since sometimes getting carpet wet can "reawaken" old/gross smells. Surprisingly he said if there were spots that needed to be reworked on they'd be happy to work on it as a follow up (within reason of course) to our satisfaction.
