  • This place is one of my absolute favorites. When I think of sushi, I think of Sushi 101. They have awesome miso soup and a kick-ass ginger salad. Happy hour here is awesome! It makes a yummy, unique dining experience so affordable. Honestly, I don't think I've tasted better sushi than at this place. The environment is so relaxing and you get food and entertainment if you sit at the sushi bar. They'll make most of the rolls right in front of you. I've always found watching the food made to be absolutely fascinating. It only serves to make me want it more. I go here a great deal with my husband and it always makes for a great date night. The staff are friendly, helpful and just in general really cool. I've never had a bad experience here and would go everyday if my budget allowed it. It can be a bit pricey outside of happy hour, but if you can make it between 4 and 7, it's well worth the trip.
