Saigon Nites is a decent addition to the Phoenix-area Pho options. Standard fare including pho, vermicelli noodle dishes, and rice dishes. The pho comes in a good sized bowl, though I would say somewhat light on the noodles. The broth is usually the best part of any pho, and this flavorful. It has a tinge of sweetness, which I found to be slightly unusual but not too distracting. Also had the fried rice, which was pretty good. Unlike other reviewers' comments, we actually found the service to be slow for a pho restaurant (which are usual near instantaneous). The price was also higher than I'm accustomed to for pho. Would I go back? Probably. If I'm in the mood for pho, options are light in Phoenix.
