  • I took a cashmere sweater in for dry cleaning and received it back with a polka-dot pattern of gunk (looked like dried, dirty solvents?) all over the inside. I asked them what it was and for them to fix the problem, and they denied they had done it (they most certainly had). This gunk still hasn't come off at other dry cleaners. Concord has lost my business for good.
