Carrie told us she'd look at our machine after she finished one she was working on so we hung around area 2 hrs...then she changed her story and said she didn't say that so we gave her benefit of misunderstanding. She then told us she was very busy but she'd look at it by end of day and call us so we left it...she didn't call and btw rude each time. Next day we called and she again changed story said she had lots of regular customers and they come first and machines ahead jumped to 10 to 20 and then she said when she got to it it might be weeks before she could get it back to us. We waited another day she never called. Called her again now she tells us she is going to farm it out to some guy she's working with and he takes it out of the shop if we want it serviced. The machine is an older pfaff..she initially gave us hope she might find parts in het "boneyard" then later said the parts are impossible to find and started talking about being better off buying another machine. Said repair could run $500. She hasn't even examined it yet. We learned others had issues there so we just went in and retrieved our machine. We will find another repair shop in california. ..moores is honest and I'm sure we can ship it there or we heard of a place in new Holland pa ...bruebakers as well. They give one yr warrantees. This place only does 90 days. Bottomline..Rude nasty and condescending. And doesnt keep her word ...really cannot believe pfaff would approve. If you have that much trouble trying to get an b estimate can't imagine what would follow. Just not willing to do business with someone like that.
