  • Saigon did not disappoint on the combo pho , I love that they allowed me to exclude certain items and just have the soup without the noodles . I'm definitely a pho enthusiast so I have many prior experiences with other establishments to judge the taste scale . I am giving 3stars bc there just wasn't a WOW factor with the soup flavor , it had me feeling content on getting my pho fix but I started thinking of other soups I've had that just tasted better . I didn't like the minimal selection of side sauces to add an extra kick of spice , I'm use to the hot pepper oil, sesame oil, hoisin sauce , etc being available but there was only sirracha and soy sauce on the table. If you are looking to receive fast and friendly service you will get it here , the prices are pretty standard and the ambiance casual , there is a buffet option but I didn't have a chance to check it out.
