| - I can't begin to express the care Dr. Smith and his staff offer! Last year, after I adopted my beautiful cat, Kombucha, I realized something was wrong. Although he was cleared as healthy from the on-site vet and hadn't been in the shelter too long, he continuously was squinting and having trouble with his eyes. At the recommendation of my sister, whose cat is also under the care of Dr. Smith, I took him in. Dr. Smith quickly diagnosed the issue and offered fast and effective treatment. He and his staff were available for consistent follow up and was very quick to get me in although he had busy schedule.- I think they could hear the panic in my voice. - Since his eye issue, feline herpes, is stress related I continued consulting with Dr. Smith this summer when I moved out of state. He offered to continue with Kombucha's care and help make sure the transition didn't impact his eyes. It was fantastic. Since moving I've taken him in for a regular check up and have had my regular vet ask which treatment Dr. Smith ordered for his eye issue because she was looking to learn from his expertise. According to her the only treatment was an oral medication and I don't want to medicate my cat when I don't have to! I'm continuously thankful for Dr. Smith's prompt responding, great bedside manner, awesome office staff, and commitment to his furry patients.
