  • WOW!! 17, now 18 ONE star reviews! I have lived in many communities with great management and this ONE is by far the most unprofessional. Sadly Arizona doesn't have laws to regulate HOA management companies so companies like Vision hires inexperience managers giving all HOAs a bad rep! Communicating face to face, phone and email are all horrible. They are quick to send violation notices but drag their feet when repairs are needed because the fines are what makes them money. Greedy company that is more interested in making money than supporting the home owners that hired them. If you are looking at a management company I would highly advise NOT to hire Vision Community Management- The 18 one star reviews say it all!!
