  • I DO NOT understand any negative reviews about this hotel. ??? Every time I've stayed here I've been treated like royalty! Always promptly and courteously greeted at the front desk. Take your bags ma'am? Yes, please. Always received the requested room with a view of The Arcade (see other Yelp review for "The Arcade"). BEAUTIFUL building, beautiful rooms, beautiful people!!!. Great spa on site! Favorite hotel in all of Cleveland. GREAT location. Right in the middle of everything. Must note: The Hyatt Regency Cleveland hotel is located on the many levels that center around The Arcade - the 1st large scale indoor mall in America. Built in 1890, it's Romanesque style architecture is a breathtaking astonishment. Absolutely gorgeous! And if you feel like a bit of shopping, fine dining, or even a day at the spa you simply need leave your hotel room...and never even go outside. Can be extra nice on a rainy or cold Cleveland day.
