  • Worst Airline. First off we were departing from Los Angeles and they canceled our flight after we arrived and already checked in. Worst of all it was my Fathers Birthday and we had reservations for a hotel and shows that we were going to miss. But it gets worse when I got there I asked if we can get the next flight for today they said that they would get me a flight for the next day. I explained that it was my fathers birthday and that we would miss all our reservations so we needed to go today. I asked if they can transfer us to any other airline company but they said they couldn't they said my only choice was a refund. I took the refund and went to American Airlines had to pay triple the price because it was a last minute flight but what choice did I have I had to get it. Honestly it's not worth wasting your time on Spirit airlines to save a few bucks. In my honest opinion I would rather pay a little extra and get a quality airline. Stay away from spirit at all costs!!!!! I will never fly with them again! They lost my business for life.
