  • I tried to get an appointment for about two months. They kept telling me they haven't received my referral. I finally had to hand deliver it myself. The doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me and recommend injections. Almost a month later I called to see what the holdup was and was told they were waiting on the insurance to approve the procedure. I called the insurance and was told they haven't received any information. I should have gone to another doctor at this point but I didn't want to start over. Finally got injections over a 6 week period paying $1600 out of pocket. I asked for a refill of my pain meds it seemed silly to me to have to go to my primary doctor when I am paying them. I was reprimanded by some woman that i would need another appointment. No appointment available for a week. Not only am I in horrible pain and out of pain meds but I have a weekend of withdrawals to look forward to. needless to say I am moving on. most of the staff are really sweet and a couple are rude. I'm going to take myself and my money elsewhere.
