  • My dog was referred here my vet because he was having problems with eyes. I will never go back. The ladies at the front desk are awful, especially the heavier set girl with long curly hair. Everytime I go in Im given attitude, eye rolls and I am ignored. also no empathy given to me having a dog with on going health problems with one source of income to support. I also was charged for a contact lens my dog apparently needed which was $450. Long story short he didnt need it and I have yet tob reimbursed for it. I truly feel if I was older I would be treated differently, especially seeing it for myself every time I go. Just because I look and am younger doesnt mean I should be treated differently or worse. My dog now goes to VEC for his eyes, and they are wonderful.
