Quick and to the point...
I went in at 9:15 on a Tuesday and only had to wait a few mins. It was certainly off their peak hours, so I can't comment on a busy day - they do not take reservation.
$24 (incl tax) was a fair price to pay for the haircut received. I've gotten better, but paid a lot more too. i've also gotten more haircuts at the similar price points which have been terrible - this is not the case at The Cut. Also considering my hair was pretty screwed up from two previously botched haircuts elsewhere, she did a great job of evening it out without spending a lot of time and energy on it. The style and cut was simple: #1 on the side, trip the top, part on the left, grease it over. And it it was executed very well. I have no complaints.
I will certainly be going back unless my income increases to the point where giving the salon down the street $40+ for a haircut is within my range of disposable income - or I go bald.
