Both my parents are dentists so I've never had a "real" dentist treat me, but it's been 3 years since I moved to AZ and it's about time I find a regular dentist out here instead of relying on whenever I make it back home to CA or NY. And I finally got decent dental coverage through work. I was a bit nervous to go because I knew what to expect and I was a bit embarrassed by the fact that my last dental check up and cleaning was 3 years ago. I'd never really had anyone else look at my teeth since childhood and it's a bit strange to be experiencing dental care for the first time from an unfamiliar face, but the staff was super friendly. The quality of care is top notch and you feel like you're a part of the family. I love the small intimate feel of the office and their pricing is decent. They have free wifi and some drinks and snacks in the small waiting area. Since I was a new patient I just had X-rays and an exam, but they were able to schedule an appointment later the same day for me to come back to get a filling redone by Dr. Perry and a cleaning with the hygienist. I have sensitive teeth due to braces and over brushing, but they were nonjudgmental, understanding, and knowledgeable. I've avoided going to dentists other than my parents because it hasn't been a pleasant experience, but everyone in the office works together as a time to provide the best dental treatment plan and I felt taken care of from the moment I walked in. I've worked in dental offices before and I was impressed by this place.
