- Solid edamame
- Squid sunomono was delicious. Tangy, crisp, and the squid was perfect
- The shishito peppers were ok. Not crisp enough and the sauce was a touch too strong
- The sushi was all very nice
- The saba was strong
- The kampachi was probably the best I've ever had (firm, but not too firm and borderline buttery)
- The ocean trout was much different than I've had before. Usually it's a little strong. Sushi Roku's was smooth. I liked it
- The oh-toro was amazing, as it should be. The bacon of the sea
- My only quibble is that the portions were a smidge too small, even for a higher end place
- Service was solid
