  • This was a pretty decent experience for a mass retailer, but there were some issues I think management needs to really focus on. I had already researched exactly what I wanted to purchase before visiting the store. The customer service is where everything lacked. I literally had to hunt someone down in the computer section to ask for help on the product I was standing in front of wanting to purchase. He told me to wait a moment and would be right with me... 15 minutes later he is still not back & another employee asks if I need help. I explained someone was supposed to have been coming back to help me... he went to locate them. When someone finally comes back, they tell me, "sorry I can't help you this isn't my department but someone will be with you shortly." ...10 minutes later I finally get help and get to the register with my product. It was not a small purchase, it was going to take some time to check out with the warranty & all that. As I am going through the process, at least 7 other customers are beginning to stand there in line waiting. And waiting. And there are at least 5 other employees walking around not assisting anyone. They claim they cannot help because it "isn't their department". All while the employee helping me check out keeps having to constantly stop what he is doing to answer another customer's question and tell them he apologizes they will have to wait until he is done with me and he next person after the next until he can help them. I got what I wanted. But it was a painfully slow process with customer service and like nothing with their employees was organized in the least. The departments that needed help did not have help while employees in other departments were wandering around with nothing to do. Something is wrong with that picture & organization. The employee who finally helped me did a decent job and tried his best to get me the best deal. It was appreciated. But the lack of customer service to begin with was not good, nor was it constantly being interrupted in the middle of my transaction for the lack of customer service in the department I was in, overall. I can't say I will be eager to return to this location in the future when I know what I want to purchase to get in & out without making a career out of waiting for help from it.
